Software upgrade for the sequential/automatic 6 speed wet clutch DSG6-DQ250.

 

 


The sequential/automatic 6 speed wet clutch gearbox DSG6-DQ250, is found in 1.8TFSi/TSi, 2.0TFSi/TSi, 2.0TDi and 3.2 v6.

The available adjustments and upgrade stages, are shown below:

Stage 1:
*Raise of electronic torque limiter to 550Nm
*Raise of revlimit to 7100 rpm
*Reduction of gear change time to 80ms
*Launch control@ 4500 rpm (recommended)

Stage 2:
*Raise of electronic torque limiter to 550Nm
*Raise of revlimit to 7200 rpm
*Reduction of gear change time to 70ms
*Launch control@ 4500 rpm (recommended)
*Elimination of the delay command during gear change from gear knob or paddles
*Optimization gear change points on D & S, depending on the setup
*Kick down deactivation

Stage 3:
*Proposed for Big Turbo setups K04Hybrid, TTE420 & TTE480
*Raise of revlimit @ custom rpm
*Reduction of gear change time to 70ms
*Launch control @ custom rpm
*Oil pressure on discs raised at 13.5bar
*Elimination of the delay command during gear change from gear knob or paddles
*Optimization gear change points on D & S, depending on the setup
*Kick down deactivation

Stage 3 extreme:
*Proposed for Big Turbo - High torque setups
*Raise of revlimit @ custom rpm
*Reduction of gear change time to 70ms
*Launch control @ custom rpm
*Oil pressure on discs raised at 16bar
*Elimination of the delay command during gear change from gear knob or paddles
*Optimization gear change points on D & S, depending on the setup
*Kick down deactivation
